My niece Olivia ‘spitting the dummy’ hehehe

I got accepted for the job I applied for back in August. I am now a fulltime sterilisation Technician in the John Hunter Hospital CSD Unit! JHH is the biggest CSD unit in the Hunter and runs 24/7.

This means alot of things:
- Job stability
- Can now get a home loan (once Tom and myself have the deposit together)
- Maybe by a Subaru B4 ;)
- See Tokyo, Japan
- and my favourite: finally have the income to afford to visit my bestfriend Jess in Scotland and meet her girls and husband :)

Feels like everything is falling into place!

I received a package today from my bestfriend Jess, who lives in Scotland.

The card read: ‘Just a wee something to say im always thinking of you and thankyou for all the gifts you’ve sent to us. I can’t wait to see you again and for the girls to meet their Auntie Simone’.

I admit I cried a little reading the card, because I miss Jess alot and being bestfriends I thought i’d be there for milestones like becoming an Auntie to her kids. But hopefully we get to see each other in the near future! xx

I miss our inside jokes,
I miss our sense of humor,
I miss the trips to Queensland,
I miss the camping trips,
I miss the horror movie marathons,
I miss the sleepovers,
But most of all I miss having my bestfriend live close by.
The one person who has ALWAYS had time for me, and who always lets me know everything will be okay.
Im glad to call Jess Neil my bestfriend xx

This was triggered this afternoon by seeing the album ‘system of a down - steal this album’ and remembering one time at Waratah Shopping Village and Jess walking past it outside a shop, picking it up and walking away with it and I said ‘what are you doing’ and she said ‘stealing this album, because it said so’ hahahaha

After 5 years I finally got my tattoo finished!

Tom has been teaching me to drive manual and I think i’ve finally got it!

Booked in to finally get my tattoo shaded/coloured! 11th June 1:30pm

I start my work placement at Maitland Ptivate Hospital in July! They said they will give me a good reference to use at the end and if i’m good enough they will hire me! Only catch is its the whole month of July so this means no work at my current job which means a month of no income :|
